Biography:
Richard Wilson is an internationally acclaimed award-winning artist. He’s produced an impressive 30-year career as a productive professional artist, freelance and corporate graphic designer & college art professor. He has work in numerous public & private art collections. Wilson made history by becoming the first African American artist to have a portrait publicly displayed in a North Carolina courthouse after he did an official portrait of George Henry White, the last former slave to serve in Congress.
