Robert Cordisco is a self-taught, sculptor. All of his work is personally conceived, designed, fabricated, and finished. Throughout his life, he pursued an artistic venue, from wood carving, stone carving and finally metal. He worked in the construction field and taught carpentry at a vocational school in Ohio. By 1991, he devoted himself full-time to his sculpture. Cordisco utilizes a diversity of metals to enhance and correlate the intended work.
