“I began serious art exploration in 1983 when an artisan in Israel gave me several pieces of ancient Roman glass and challenged me to ‘make something beautiful.’ Taking advantage of the published resources available at the Colorado State University library, I taught myself to fabricate jewelry. My creative process is both intuitive and spontaneous and is seldom driven by pre-conceived or thought-out designs. Rather, a single object begins the creative adventure and additional objects are added.”
Hand fabricated found object art jewelry: a fusion of industry and fashion with a twist of elegance. Materials, Ancient Roman Glass, Small Industrial Found Object Parts.
