What:
Celebrating its 48th anniversary in 2011, the Coconut Grove Arts Festival® is one of the nation’s premier outdoor fine Arts Festivals. The Festival showcases the works of over 360 of the finest artists and craftsmen in the world. A signature event of the South Florida cultural calendar, the Arts Festival offers visitors the opportunity to meet with exhibiting artists, sample fine cuisine, enjoy live entertainment and take a walk through history. Last year approximately 4 million dollars of artwork was sold in three days at the show.

When:
The 48th annual Coconut Grove Arts Festival will be held February 19, 20, & 21, 2011.

Where:
The Festival is held annually in the streets of Coconut Grove, Florida, a charming village within the city of Miami. The Festival is located just south of downtown Miami, adjacent to beautiful Biscayne Bay. It runs along the streets of McFarlane Road, South Bayshore Drive and Pan American Drive.

Festival Hours:
The Festival will be held February 19, 20, & 21, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

How is the Festival Funded?
The Coconut Grove Arts Festival® is produced by the Coconut Grove Arts & Historical Association, Inc., a non-profit organization that receives no commission for the sale of artwork. A portion of the proceeds from Festival admissions benefits the Coconut Grove Arts and Historical Association’s Building Fund.

Admission
$10 per person per day. Children 12 and under, Metrorail Golden Passport and Patriot Passport holders are free.

Discount Tickets
Residents of Coconut Grove in the 33133 zip code can enjoy the Festival for $5.00 per day (proof of residency required).

ATM Location and Credit Cards
An ATM is conveniently located at Coconut Grove Bank on the corner of South Bayshore and 27th Avenue.

Bus Shuttles
Miami-Dade Transit provides round-trip shuttle service that runs approximately every 15 minutes from the Douglas Road Metrorail Station. The shuttle service stop is located at the corner of Grand Avenue and Mary Street. Shuttles operate during the following hours:
Saturday, February 19, 2011, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, February 20, 2011, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Monday, February 21, 2011, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Festival Stores
Festival Stores are provided at four convenient locations throughout the site. All Festival Stores accept major credit cards.

First Aid
First aid service is available within the Festival site at the Mercy Hospital trailer located in front of the Seminole Boat Ramp on South Bayshore Drive. Qualified attendants can assist you or refer you elsewhere as necessary. Emergency transportation service is provided on-site.

Framing
For your convenience, Frameworks of Coconut Grove is on site adjacent to all four Festival Stores with framed posters. Frameworks is located at 3196 Commodore Plaza, can be reached during non-Festival hours at 305-443-4581.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located at the Volunteer Check-In tent located in front of the Expo Center at 2700 South Bayshore Dr. To inquire about lost items after the Festival, call the Festival office at 305-447-0401.

Lost Children Inquiries
Contact the Volunteer Check-In tent located in front of the Expo Center at 2700 South Bayshore Dr. or any Arts Festival volunteer to assist you in locating lost members of your party.

Restrooms
Portable facilities are located throughout the Festival.

Festival Rules

  • Skateboards, roller blades, bicycles, scooters, large signs and placards which may endanger or inconvenience the public attending the Festival are prohibited. Festival organizers reserve the right to decline admittance to anyone who violates the reasonable policies established for public safety or to restrict activities such as public address to designated areas.
  • Alcoholic beverages purchased at the event remain on-site. Festival security will ask you to dispose of any alcoholic beverages before you exit.
  • Beverage, Bottle and Can Policy—Please do not bring outside beverages into the Arts Festival. For safety reasons, cans and glass bottles are prohibited within the site.
  • Pets—Be kind to your pets and leave them at home when you visit the Arts Festival. Only seeing-eye dogs and service dogs are allowed within the Festival site during Festival operating hours.
